What we see most, by district
Downtown Phoenix restaurants: grease interceptors and sewer. North Phoenix newer ABS with construction debris or poorly glued fittings. Ahwatukee hillside laterals with rock. Scottsdale older luxury homes with long runs to the main. If the real issue is a failing water heater dumping sediment, that is water heater repair, not another snaking. What must the written quote include?
Which line, access point, method (cable, jet, camera), what we expect to find, and the next step if the line will not hold a clear. Restoration and city permit language belong on the quote if excavation is likely. If two shops diverge, check whether one already priced a sewer replace and the other only sold machine time.
